The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and professional , always ready with a smile. the room was spacious and well, maintained, with certain facilities such as step, free access for wheelchair users. the bathroom was clean and functional, with necessary amenities. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel's exterior was well, kept, contributing to a tranquil atmosphere.
Some areas of the hotel could be upgraded, with the aim of providing a more modern and comfortable experience.

The hotel had beautiful and well-manicured surroundings, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. We also liked the delicious and well-varied breakfast that was offered every morning, and the fact that the hotel was located in a key location, easy to access and close to some tourist attractions, making it a great base for our holiday.
While the hotel had a lot of positive aspects, there were some negative ones too. The rooms did not live up to our expectations, and we found them somewhat disappointing.

The hotel had a decent sized room with a comfortable bed and a good TV set. The breakfast spread in the morning was decent and had a good variety of hot and cold options. Plus, it was in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance to some great restaurants.
The bathroom was small and outdated. The shower had very poor water pressure and the tiles were chipped and cracked. The air conditioning was also not very effective which made the room quite stuffy. I was disappointed with the state of the room and would not stay again.
